Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the conditions below are met.

Returned items must meet the following requirements:

  1. The item must be returned in its original condition, including all components and original packaging.

  2. The item must show no signs of excessive wear, damage, or improper use.

  3. Items where hygiene is relevant must be returned clean and unused.

  4. Any defects must be reported promptly after delivery.

  5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  6. Once received, returns are reviewed within 7 business days. Approved returns will be processed within this timeframe.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used, damaged, or returned in a condition that does not meet the requirements above.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us by email:

Please include the following information in your message:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

  • Full name

  • Shipping address

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
Unannounced returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Uncollected or Refused Packages

If a shipment is refused or not collected and is automatically returned, handling and processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

If you are a consumer entering into a purchase for personal use, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order.

Due to automated order processing, orders are prepared shortly after placement. For this reason, cancellation is not possible once an order has entered processing or shipment.

If you wish to withdraw from the purchase, please notify us in writing via email. The withdrawal is considered complete once the returned goods have been received.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue a refund for the returned items, excluding original shipping costs.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Processing may take up to 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

  • We do not offer free returns.
